Biography

Dmitrii Panov was born in 1993. In 2015 Panov had bachelor degree ITMO University with specialty «nanomaterial and nanotechnology for photonics and optoinformatics» and started his master’s degree. From 2015 the has working as an engineer at Chair of Optical Information Technologies and Materials in ITMO University. In 2016 he acquired scholarships of the President of Russian Federation.
